Our Coaching Team
Ryan Wilkinson
HEAD Coach
I found my passion for fitness through years of competitive hockey before transitioning into functional strength and conditioning training. What began as a humbling first workout quickly turned into a long-term pursuit of performance and coaching. I’m motivated to help members build strength, resilience, and a sustainable, enjoyable approach to fitness.
Blake Coffman
Coach & Co-Owner
Growing up in Tennessee, I developed a passion for athletics early, initially focusing on basketball before discovering functional strength and conditioning training. For nearly eight years, I’ve coached, competed, and helped others build healthier, stronger lives. I believe every person is capable of meaningful change, and I’m committed to supporting each member with zero judgment and full accountability.
Amie Tong
Coach & Co-Owner
Born and raised in Hong Kong, I didn’t discover structured training until later in life, but once I did, I was hooked. Functional strength and conditioning challenged me in new ways while providing an incredible sense of community and accountability. After more than seven years of training and coaching, I’m committed to building a stronger, supportive fitness community for people of all experience levels.
Blaine Dirker
Coach & Co-Owner
I’ve been involved in athletics most of my life, competing in soccer, baseball, track and field, and martial arts before discovering functional fitness training. I value the intensity, versatility, and family-friendly nature of structured group training. Coaching allows me to help others push their limits while building strength they can carry into everyday life.
Ashley Dirker
Coach
My athletic journey began in middle school and led to a collegiate track and field career at the University of Indianapolis, where I became an All-American in the 4x100m relay. After college, I rediscovered my competitive drive through functional strength and conditioning training and found the same sense of purpose and community. With eight years of coaching and training experience, I’m passionate about helping members achieve goals they once thought were out of reach while balancing family and life outside the gym.
How We Coach
We believe strength training, conditioning, and consistency are the foundation for a better life outside the gym. Our classes combine strength work, conditioning, and skill development in a way that’s challenging but always scalable.
You’ll always have a coach on the floor watching movement, giving cues, and helping you get the most out of every session. Whether you’re new or experienced, we meet you where you’re at.
Our goal is for you to leave every session feeling better than when you walked in—more confident, more capable, and more prepared for whatever life throws at you.
