Group Classes
Individual Unlimited Classes: $150 / month
Couples Unlimited Classes: $250 / month
Family Unlimited Classes (up to 4): $300 / month
Youth Unlimited Classes Add-On (ages 12–18): $45 / month
Can be added to any unlimited group class membership.
Group Classes + Open Gym
For any Group Class membership type, you can add:
• Limited Open Gym for an additional $15 / month
• Unlimited Open Gym for an additional $30 / month
Examples:
Individual Unlimited Classes + Limited Open Gym: $165 / month
Individual Unlimited Classes + Unlimited Open Gym: $180 / month

Open Gym
Open Gym Limited: $99 / month
Open Gym Unlimited: $125 / month
Unlimited includes all Limited hours PLUS overnight/early morning access (all hours outside of group class times).
We’ll also have Open Gym staff available from 8:00am – 1:00pm on weekdays to assist with any needs while you train.
New Class Schedule
Group Classes:
Monday – Friday: 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am, 9:00am
Open Gym Limited:
Weekdays: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00am – 12:00pm | Sundays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
OUR FACILITY
Our facility is over 6,000 square feet and is set up for serious, functional training without the clutter. We have two bathrooms with full showers, a kids area, and plenty of space to move.
You’ll find top-of-the-line equipment—and lots of it—so everyone has what they need regardless of level, without needing to share a barbell or wait on a station.
You get open floor space, quality barbells and plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, rigs, sleds, and conditioning equipment, plus dedicated areas for lifting and accessory work.
